Für den TCM Congress, nachfolgend Veranstaltung genannt, gelten folgende Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für Teilnehmer bzw. Teilnehmerinnen

Anmeldung

Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich. Die Teilnahmegebühren sind vor der Veranstaltung auf das angegebene Bankkonto zu überweisen.

Datenschutz

Personendaten werden streng vertraulich behandelt. Die erhaltenen Daten werden nicht an Dritte weitergegeben und nur für die Durchführung der Veranstaltung verwendet (inklusive Abgabe einer gedruckten Teilnehmerliste an Sponsoren vor Ort).

Der Teilnehmer bzw. die Teilnehmerin erklärt sich jedoch damit einverstanden, dass die Kongressorganisation diese Daten für Informationszwecke in Zusammenhang mit anderen Veranstaltungen nutzt oder sie auf Anfrage der Sponsoren, diesen für die einmalige Verwendung im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung weiter gibt.

Absage der Veranstaltung

Im Falle einer Absage der Veranstaltung (nicht auf Grund höherer Gewalt) kann der Teilnehmer bzw. die Teilnehmerin innert 30 Tagen nach Bekanntgabe der Absage den bereits einbezahlten Betrag bei der Kongressorganisation zurückverlangen. Der bereits einbezahlte Betrag wird vollumfänglich zurückerstattet.

Sicherheits- und Durchführungsvorschriften

Der Teilnehmer bzw. die Teilnehmerin anerkennt mit der Anmeldung die Sicherheits-, Zutritts- und sonstigen Durchführungsvorschriften der Veranstaltung und erklärt sich einverstanden, dass er bzw. sie bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Vorschriften von der Veranstaltung ohne Anspruch auf eine Entschädigung ausgeschlossen werden kann.

Höhere Gewalt

Verunmöglichen oder erschweren Ereignisse (welche aussergewöhnlich, unvorhersehbar und von aussen einwirkend sind) die Abhaltung der Veranstaltung, so kann der Teilnehmer bzw. die Teilnehmerin dem Veranstalter gegenüber keine Schadenersatz- Ansprüche stellen.

Versicherung

Die Versicherung für Personen- und Sachschäden ist Sache des Teilnehmers bzw. der Teilnehmerin

Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand

Im Falle von Meinungsverschiedenheiten unterwerfen sich die Vertragsparteien in jedem Fall dem ordentlichen Gerichtsstand in CH-5330 Bad Zurzach. Für das Gericht ist ausschliesslich „Schweizer Recht“ anwendbar.

信息保密

参会者的个人资料将受到严格保密，不会向第三方透露。参会者的个人资料仅用于本次会议（包括交付本地赞助商的参会者名单）。参会者了解此情况在此声明，允许会议主办方使用有关本人信息用于与会议相关活动；如本会议赞助商要求，主办方允许提供参会者信息给赞助商, 仅限一次性使用于本会议有关活动。

安全与执行

规定注册后，参会者将遵守主办方的安全规定及其它会议活动的相关规定。如违反，参会者可能禁止继续参会，并且无权要求赔偿。取消会议如会议被取消（排除不可抗拒力因素），参会者可在会议取消公告后30天内要求收回所付款。会议主办方将全数退回所付金额。不可抗拒力指难以想象的或非常严重的状況，它是外界导致的，难以预料的，很特殊的因素，致使会议无法举行，参会者不可向会议主办方要求退款。保险参会者的人身事故和财产的保险由自己负责。执行地点与法律管辖区域参会者与会议主办方之间产生的任何纠纷，将由瑞士 Bad Zurzach市的本地法院解决，以瑞士法律为准则。

Terms and Conditions

For TCM Congress, the following Terms and Conditions apply to all participants.

Registration

Registration is binding. The participation fees are to be paid in advance of the event onto the given bank account.

Bank Account

Data Protection

Personal data will be kept strictly confidential. The data obtained will not be disclosed to third parties, they are only used for the processing of the event (including delivery of a printed list of participants to the local sponsors).

The participants declare herewith that they agree that the event organization will use the data for the purpose for information in connection of other events or the event can further the data to the sponsors upon request for the purpose of this event.

Safety and Regulations

Upon registration the participants accept herewith the safety, access and other regulations of the event organization and they agree herewith that their participation could be discontinued without any right for compensation in case of rule violation.

Cancellation of the Event

In case of cancellation of the event (non Force Majeure) the participants can claim the reim-bursement within 30 days after the cancellation announcement. The paid amount will be fully reim-bursed by the event organization.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure due to server happenings (which are extraordinary, unpredictable and beyond our control) that makes the event impossible to take place, the participants can not claim a reimbursement from the event organization.

Insurance

Insurance covering personal injury and property damage is the own responsibility of the participants.

Place of Performance and Jurisdiction

In case of disputes between the contract parties, the competent court in 5330 Bad Zurzach is to settle all the cases, by which the Swiss Law is exclusively to apply.
